Orphan and Disability Care Center is a dedicated non-governmental organization established in 2026 A.D. (2082 B.S.) with a mission to serve orphaned children, persons with disabilities, senior citizens, and vulnerable individuals in need of care and protection. Based in Panauti-7, Kavre, Nepal, our center provides a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment where every individual is treated with dignity, respect, and kindness. We believe that true care goes beyond basic support—it is about restoring hope, building confidence, and creating opportunities for a better future. Our services include rescue and rehabilitation of street-abandoned individuals, secure shelter and accommodation, disability support, healthcare assistance, skill development, and community awareness programs.

The Purpose of Establishing an Orphan and Disability Care Center
The Bible clearly teaches that caring for orphans, persons with disabilities, the helpless, and the elderly or single individuals is not merely a social responsibility—it is a direct expression of true faith in God, rooted in His justice, love, and calling. James 1:27 states: “Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.” This verse demonstrates that serving orphans and vulnerable individuals is central to true religion, not an optional act. The core vision of an orphan and disability care center is to love one’s neighbor—fulfilling the second greatest commandment. In Luke 10:25–37, through the parable of the Good Samaritan, Jesus reveals the true meaning of “neighbor.” A neighbor is not defined by race, religion, status, or familiarity, but by compassion shown to someone in need. This teaches us that genuine faith is not turning a blind eye to suffering, but extending a helping hand.
